When you’re not in the studio you’ll have the option to take a refreshing mountain walk, to breathe in the relaxed and rugged surroundings of the Glen of Imaal, have a massage or simply take a nap.
The retreat will be facilitated by one of Ireland’s most experienced pregnancy yoga teachers, Melissa Curtis who has designed this prenatal yoga retreat for all capabilities, whether you’re a first-time mother, have other children at home, have any pregnancy related complaint. Melissa will teach you the best yoga & birth practices and will remind you how tap into the calmer side of your nervous system. We guarantee you’ll feel completely looked after & nurtured.
Expectant mums will be able to relax and let go of the stresses and strains of life and give some extra special time and attention to themselves and baby. They will also learn how to keep calm and in control throughout labour and birth by using relaxation, visualisation, breathing, yoga and mindfulness.
