Come for a lovely relaxing (and probably much needed!) weekend of Yoga and Mindfulness in the beautiful Wicklow mountains, all classes facilitated by Mairead from Pearl Yoga (Check us out here on Facebook)
On Friday, we will begin the wind down for the weekend with a relaxing yoga class and a long yoga Nidra to set you up for a great night’s sleep in cosy comfortable beds.
Saturday and Sunday bring a combination of classes on yoga and mindfulness, optional walking / hiking and free time relaxing by the forest. All meals are included and are made by the house chef.
This is the perfect place to reconnect and ground yourself away from the city and this promises to be the ideal weekend to take time out for yourself. Please note that high standards of health and safety are in place and we will implement social distancing encouraging all participants to keep a 1-2m distance.

20.00: Free time to soak under the stars in the hot tub, chat, read, etc

9.30: Morning Hatha Yoga and mindful movement class

Mairead has been teaching yoga since 2003 and is a Yoga Therapy Ireland & YTTC Qualified Yoga Instructor teaching mixed level Hatha Yoga, Sports Yoga, and Mindfulness classes to university students & staff, private & corporate clients.
Her classes are designed to help people reduce stress, improve focus, feel physically good and relax.
